Every Cognizil™ order placed on the Cognizil official website is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee in one paragraph

If you are not satisfied with the product, your results or your experience, return the bottles — full, partly used or completely empty — within 60 days of your purchase date and email support@cogniszil.com. We will refund the price you paid for the product.

When the clock starts — read this before ordering

The 60 days run from the date of purchase. Not from delivery. Not from when you open the bottle. Not from when you start the last bottle of a six-pack.

We are putting that in bold because it is the single thing buyers most often misunderstand, and because our own guidance elsewhere suggests giving the product at least 30 days of consistent use before judging it. Put those two together honestly: if you buy six bottles and use the first 30 days to assess it, you have roughly 30 days of decision time remaining while holding 150 days of unopened product.

That is not a trick, but it is a term that rewards reading. If you want a longer assessment window, the three-bottle pack is the more sensible choice. If the timing is important to your decision, email us before you order and we will confirm the terms for your specific order in writing.

What is not covered

• Original shipping charges on single-bottle orders
• Return postage — you cover the cost of sending the bottles back
• Requests made after 60 days from purchase date
• Orders placed on any other website, marketplace or retail listing. We do not sell through Amazon, Walmart, eBay or GNC. If you bought there, contact that seller.
• The five free digital bonus guides, which are yours to keep — they are downloads and cannot be returned

How to request a refund

1. Email support@cogniszil.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions, typically within 1–2 business days.
3. Post the bottles back — keep your tracking number.
4. Once the return is received, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing usually takes a further 3–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Cancelling or changing an order

Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we can usually cancel or amend it. Once it has shipped, the refund process above applies instead.

Subscriptions

There are none. Every Cognizil order is a one-time purchase. There is no automatic renewal, no rebill and no hidden recurring charge. If you ever see a recurring charge described as Cognizil on a statement and you did not order from cogniszil.com, it did not come from us — contact your card issuer and let us know.
